Leadership Training
Biweekly interactive training will take place to teach members how to lead teams and solve problems using critical thinking. This program is also an opportunity to achieve the esteemed JITO-FJLP Certificate reward upon completing the leadership program. Additionally, you can utilize the leadership skills and qualities you will learn in this program to start a club at your own high school or start your own nonprofit organization. The instructors will be trained by Sanjeev Tanna, the founder of Next Generation Nations and advisor to FJLP. Lastly, along with the live leadership sessions on Zoom, you will be provided with online resources to further support your training in leadership.
