Our Vision
FJLP is a place to empower Jain youth and help them create and amplify value from their ideas, regardless of their career path. The Future Jain Leadership Program is an initiative of JITO USA. Our vision is to help Jain youth define their life mission in alignment with JITO’s principles and FJLP’s values, which include innovation, initiative, and collaboration.
Our Structure
FJLP’s structure involves its general members, its Executive Board, the Advisory Board, and Quarterly Interns who support its function. Additionally, JITO and other Jain Youth Organizations support FJLP thoroughly with its vision and events.
Our Approach
Our program is centered around three aspects, Leadership, Mentorship and Entrepreneurship. We use mentorship by connecting general members with mentors from various career fields. Furthermore, we teach about and have our members practice leadership and entrepreneurship through our biweekly training sessions that involve guest speakers, interactive activities and so much more.
Our FOOTPRINT
Currently, FJLP has chapters in the Bay Area, Southern California, Chicago, New York/New Jersey, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and most recently, Texas! We are currently communicating with several, potential locations throughout the country, as we are constantly striving to expand and spread our reach across the United States!
